All prices are exclusive of Tourist tax of € 4.80 per person per day (from the age of 15).

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: Already possible in the morning, room occupancy from 15:00.
Check-Out: We ask you to vacate your room by 10:00.

Half board

  • Half board starts on the day of arrival with afternoon cake from 15:00 to 17:00 and dinner from 18:00 to 20:00.
  • If you arrive after 20:00 on the day of arrival, please let us know in advance. In this case, a deduction of €10 per person (aliquot for children) will be made.
  • Culinary delights on Mondays at the Berg Genuss Hotel in Neustift in the Stubaital:
    Our restaurant is closed after breakfast on Mondays (except Christmas and New Year’s Eve). We deduct € 15.00 per adult and the pro rata amount for children from the half-board price.

Bathrobes
Bathrobes are available to borrow at our reception for € 5,- per item – for your entire stay with us at the Berg Genuss Hotel in Neustift in the Stubai Valley, so that you can enjoy wellness and relaxation to the full.

Parking
Free parking spaces are available directly in front of our Berg Genuss Hotel in Neustift im Stubaital – for a relaxed start to your vacation without having to search for a parking space.

Cancellation conditions

  • Up to 29 days before arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price,
  • Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the tour price,
  • In the event of later cancellation, we will charge 90 % of the tour price. This also applies to late arrivals and early departures.

Travel insurance
