Well equipped for your holiday

1. 1. All prices are exclusive of Tourist tax of €2.80 per person and day (from the age of 15)
   2. Check-in & check-out
      Check-in: Possible in the morning, room check-in from 3:00 p.m.
      Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am. on the day of departure.
   3. Half board
      … begins on the day of arrival with the afternoon cake from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
      Should you arrive after 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, please let us know in advance. In this case, a deduction of €10 per person (aliquot for children) will be made.
      For operational reasons, Mondays are closing days. Our restaurant is closed after breakfast (except Christmas and New Year’s Eve). On this day, we deduct €15.00 per adult or the aliquot amount for your children from the half-board price.
   4. Bathrobes
      … available to rent at the reception for €5 per bathrobe for your entire stay in our mountain enjoyment hotel in Neustift.
   5. Parking
      Free parking directly in front of our mountain enjoyment hotel in Neustift
   6. Children’s discount
      … only when staying in the parents’ room
      – up to 2 years 100%
      – from 3 to 5 years 70%
      – from 6 to 9 years 50%
      – from 10 to 18 years 30%
   7. Dogs
      … are allowed upon request for a fee.

   11. Cancellation conditions
       Up to 29 days before arrival: free of charge
       Up to 15 days before arrival: Cancellation fee of 50% of the travel price
       In case of cancellation up to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
       In case of later cancellation, we charge 90% of the travel price. This also applies to late arrivals and early departures.
   12. Travel protection
       As a safeguard, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
